Simply take your horse or pony's measurments as indicated on our measuring chart , complete the order form on the reverse side and either email to us at info@rugworks.co.uk or by post to Rugworks, Granite Croft, New Byth, Turriff. AB53 5XQ or you are very welcome to visit the workshop to discuss your requirements. We would, however, appreciate a call to let us know you're coming. If there is something you would like made and can't see it on our website just let us know and we'll do our best to help. We also make dog coats, rugs for donkey's, sheep, goats, llamas and warm up jackets for lambs. These are measured in the same way as horse or pony rugs but you can find our handy guides here.
Once we have received your order we will either phone or email to discuss the finer points and confirm your choices, price and delivery date which is usually 7 - 10 days, depending on the number/type of items). You'll be invoiced for 50% (non refundable deposit) at the start with the balance due on completion. Your item/s will then be ready for collection or posting. When trying your lovely new bespoke eqine clothing on your horse or pony for the first time, please try it onover a clean sheet/hood to avoid soiling from dirt/hair. If you are not completly happy with your purchase please contact us straight away and we will do our very best to work with you to resolve any issues - afterall, we are very proud of our products and want our customers to be just as proud to cloth their horse or pony in Rugworks bespoke equine clothing.
