We take great pride in our work and always do our best to get your rug back to as near to' good as new' as possible. We don't just repair - we restore!

All repairs are carried out from a small tear to large rips and major damage. We can use either high quality new or, subject to availability, recycled materials and fittings as you require and will colour match as best we can. Using recycled materials/fittings is obviously cheaper and these will have been salvaged by ourselves to ensure their suitability and quality.

We only use high performance threads that have good UV and abrasion resistance. All patches to turnout rugs are treated with a specialised Equine Rug Waterproofer in addition to any in wash re-proofing.

Lead Times
3 - 5 working days for wash and/or reproof only
5 -7 working days for wash and/or reproof & minor repairs
7 - 10 working days for wash and/or reproof and major damage repairs

These times may vary slightly during busy periods but we will get them back to you just as soon as we can.

Same Day Emergency Repairs
Mon - Fri only. £10 extra per rug (maximum of 2)
Must be pre booked and dropped off to us by 10am to be ready for collection after 4pm. Limited to rugs that just need a new buckle or strap and must be brushedclean, dry and free from mud and hair. Not available for rugs that require washing and/or reproofing. We reserve the right to refuse rugs that we consider too dirty
