We take great pride in our work and always do our best to get your rug back to as near to' good as new' as possible. We don't just repair - we restore!
All repairs are carried out from a small tear to large rips and major damage. We can use either high quality new or, subject to availability, recycled materials and fittings as you require and will colour match as best we can. Using recycled materials/fittings is obviously cheaper and these will have been salvaged by ourselves to ensure their suitability and quality.
We only use high performance threads that have good UV and abrasion resistance. All patches to turnout rugs are treated with a specialised Equine Rug Waterproofer in addition to any in wash re-proofing.
We always provide a quote before carrying out repairs that we estimate to be over £20 and will advise if we believe it is an uneconomic repair.
- Please deliver rugs to us in individule bags - bin bags are fine. Please do not bring them in your own rug bags
- We must be notified if a rug has come from a horse/pony/stable or yard that has had, may have or does have a contagious disease. These rugs must be pre-booked, double bagged and will only be washed using our specialist ant-baterial steam wash. They will be kept and washed seperately at the end of the day before any repairs are carried out.
